Payment Method Policy

At God's Timing, you can count on a safe, fast, and transparent payment experience. Below you will find an overview of our accepted payment methods and how the payment process works.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our certified payment providers Shopify Payments and Mollie:
iDEAL, for direct payment via your own Dutch bank
Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, and Maestro
PayPal
All available payment methods will be displayed during the checkout process.

Security and Encryption

All transactions are conducted via a secure SSL connection and are processed by our payment providers Shopify Payments and Mollie. Both parties are PCI-DSS certified, which is the highest international standard for processing payment data. We do not receive, store, or process any credit card or bank details ourselves. All payment information is immediately encrypted and sent directly to the relevant payment partner.

Currency and Fees

All prices on our website are listed in euros and include VAT. We do not charge any additional transaction fees, regardless of the chosen payment method. For international credit card payments, your own bank or credit card company may charge currency conversion fees. We have no control over that.
When is the payment deducted
When you place your order, the full amount is immediately deducted from the chosen payment method. Only after confirmation of successful payment will your order be processed and shipped.
Failed Payment
If your payment does not go through, you will receive an immediate notification. In most cases, you can try again with the same or a different payment method. If your order is not paid within 24 hours, it will be automatically canceled. Please contact us at info@godstiming.nl if you need assistance with this.

Refunds

Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used to pay. The processing time varies by method and typically takes 5 to 10 business days after our approval of the return. Please read our return policy for the full procedure.
