General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and agreements placed through the God's Timing webshop.

2. Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers from God's Timing and to all distance agreements concluded between God's Timing and the customer.

3. The Offer

All products are described as clearly and accurately as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind God's Timing.

4. The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer completes the order and receives an order confirmation via email.

God's Timing reserves the right to refuse orders or impose additional conditions when necessary.

5. Prices

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout.

God's Timing is not responsible for price changes or typographical errors.

6. Payment

Payment must be made immediately via one of the available payment methods in the webshop.

Orders are only processed after full payment has been received.

7. Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with the God's Timing Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are indicative and no rights can be derived from them.

God's Timing is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receiving the product.

Conditions and instructions for returns are described in the God's Timing Return Policy.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted if they meet the specified return conditions.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe and returned to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

10. Liability

God's Timing is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profits.

In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective order.

11. Warranty & Complaints

All God's Timing watches are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect occurs within this period, God's Timing will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, exposure to water beyond the specified water resistance, or unauthorized repairs

Damage resulting from improper handling or neglect

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@godstiming.nl, including clear photos of the issue.

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. We strive to assess and resolve all warranty and complaint requests as quickly and fairly as possible.

12. Force majeure

God's Timing is not obligated to fulfill any obligation if prevented by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, disruptions by carriers, strikes, or government measures.

13. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the God's Timing Privacy Policy.

14. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
