Processing time

Orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after shipping.

Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location, the carrier's schedule, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. We always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

Active free shipping promotions are automatically applied.

Delays

While we strive for delivery within the estimated timeframe, there may sometimes be delays due to circumstances beyond our control. If this is the case, we greatly appreciate your patience.

If your order has not arrived within 21 days, please contact us via info@godstiming.nl we are happy to check it together with you.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via info@godstiming.nl, including clear photos. We will ensure it is resolved.

In rare cases, customs or import duties may apply. Such costs are the responsibility of the customer.
