Returns & Exchanges

At God's Timing, your satisfaction is important to us. If something doesn't feel quite right, you can return your order according to the guidelines below.

Return Period

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, no reason needed.

The return must be sent back to us within this period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must:

Be unused and unworn

Be in its original condition

Be returned with all original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your purchase is not quite what you hoped for, no worries, you have 30 days to return your order.

To keep our prices as fair as possible, the cost of return shipping is at your own expense.

Please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded.

How to Start a Return

Send us an email at info@godstiming.nl and include:

Your order number (the five-digit code from your confirmation email)

We will send you clear instructions for the next steps.

Processing & Refunds

Once we receive your return:

We will process it within 10 business days

You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed

It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refunds are always made via the original payment method.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? We are happy to help. Let us know in your message, and we will arrange the exchange for you right away.

This way, you can have your new item without unnecessary delay.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@godstiming.nl and include clear photos. We will ensure it is resolved quickly and fairly.

Returns Outside the Return Period

Returns requested after 30 days are not automatically accepted.

In special cases, we may offer an exchange or credit — feel free to contact our team, and we will gladly explore the options together.
