Returns & Exchanges

At God's Timing, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the conditions below.

Return period

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, no reason needed. The return must be sent back to us within this period.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must:

Unused and unworn

In original condition

Returned with all original tags

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to start a return

Contact us via info@godstiming.nl and include:

Your order number (the five-digit code from your confirmation email)

You will then receive further instructions on how to return your item.

Processing & Refunds

Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt

You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed

It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refunds will be made to the original payment method

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please mention this when requesting your return. We will process this as quickly as possible so that your replacement item reaches you without delay.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours via info@godstiming.nl and include clear photos. We will ensure this is resolved quickly.

Returns outside the return period

Returns submitted after 30 days will not be automatically accepted. In exceptional cases, an exchange or store credit may be offered. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
