Returns & Exchanges

At God’s Timing, your satisfaction matters to us. If something doesn’t feel quite right, you’re welcome to return your order under the guidelines below.

Return Period

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, no explanation needed.

The return must be shipped back to us within this period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be:

Unused and unworn

In its original condition

Returned with all original tags and packaging

Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

We offer free returns within 30 days.

Shipping fees are not included in refunds

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at info@godstiming.nl and include:

Your order number (the five-digit code from your confirmation email)

We’ll reply with clear instructions to guide you through the next steps.

Processing & Refunds

Once we receive your return:

We process it within 10 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued

Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange your item? Just let us know when you contact us.

We’ll handle the exchange as quickly as possible so your replacement reaches you without delay.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@godstiming.nl and include clear photos. We’ll make sure it’s resolved promptly and fairly.

Returns Outside the Return Period

Returns requested after 30 days aren’t automatically accepted.

In special cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit — feel free to reach out to our team and we’ll gladly look at the possibilities with you
